Investment Strategy
Inspired by leading Opportunistic Credit, Tactical Opportunities, Event-Driven, and Distressed Debt funds, SSG analysts will target differentiated opportunities across both debt and equity where market price diverges from intrinsic value. The strategy spans the full spectrum of special situations—from stressed and distressed credit opportunities, to corporate carve-outs and merger-related dislocations, to cross-capital structure arbitrage
